Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Esas Yapı Architecture, Engineering & Construction (19 Mayis Mah. Inonu Cad. No:72/9 Kadikoy / Istanbul) as data controller, within the framework of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Personal Data Processed
If you complete the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, message content and technically your IP address. Cookie data relating to site usage (consent-based analytics) may also be processed.
Purposes of Processing
- Responding to and handling your requests, questions and applications,
- Providing communication regarding our services,
- Ensuring site security and preventing misuse,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed based on your explicit consent, the establishment/exercise of a right, the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, pursuant to KVKK Art. 5.
Transfer
Except for legal obligations, your data is not shared with third parties for marketing. It may be shared with infrastructure providers such as hosting and — if you consent — analytics providers, only to the extent required by the service.
Retention
Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory periods stipulated in relevant legislation; thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, request correction/deletion/destruction of incorrect or unnecessary data, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
